For any teachers or classroom aids I am curious what you find to be the best way to redirect students after becoming distracted, what kind of strategies do you use and are they different depending on how many students get distracted?

I am a sophomore in Early Childhood Education with a minor in special education. I just started as a substitute teacher, but I am unsure of what else to do to prepare for my future classroom.

I am a highschool senior about to go to college for cybersecurity and with the increasing competitiveness in the job market I am looking for ways to stand out to future employers.
