Willing to be in health care or probably a nurse, but I am still deciding what I want to do in life and trying to make the best of it

I'm 17 years old , after I graduate I would like to consider myself as a successful business person, therefore I want to know more , get experiences from other people stories before I land there.

What are some things a pediatrics nurse should have on their resume?

I have no work experiance and no volenteer work so im not sure what to put or why a job should hire me

My skills in my resume include communication, research, experience, and basic knowledge of HTML. I feel like I need to add more skills, what are some extras that may relate to the tech job resume?
