I am a high school senior and I am planning on becoming a nurse anesthetist. I would like to shadow someone so that I am sure I actually like what the job entails.

What are some specific study methods people use for test that aren't just memory based
Throughout all of my schooling I've only ever used memory drills to study for things because nothing else felt like it worked or I just wouldn't be able to focus. I would really like to know some more possibilities from personal experience rather than just looking up "good study habits"
What career path do I fallow?
I am about to start college and am still between career paths. I’ve always wanted to be a Veterinarian but Pre-Med or nursing may be a more stable path. I am completely torn on the decision and some advice from people in the fields may be beneficial.
I want to go to Medical School in the UK and eventually live there but I heard their salaries are significantly lower and ideally I would want to make some money not millions but around 200,000 pounds annually is that achievable in London as an orthopedic surgeon if so how, for reference I live in the states right now but medical school here is longer and more expensive so I just want to see where would be better?
I’ve heard about working in private hospitals in London but I’m not sure how much money people make cause the stuff I’ve found online is generally very confusing on numbers.
What are the pros and cons of business management?
I plan on studying business management where I obtain experience to eventually become a business owner.
