When did you get your first Big Break? How did you get it? How did it go?

My first big break came from my first long-term position, where I spent 13 years growing both personally and professionally. I began as a driver, was promoted to Team Leader, and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous learning, I later advanced to Supervisor. During that time, I also took online courses in Business Administration and EMT to strengthen my skills and prepare myself for future opportunities. Those experiences helped lay the foundation for my next major step, and about five years later, I was promoted to Logistics Manager. Looking back, my big break was not just one moment—it was the result of consistently showing up, staying committed, and proving to senior management that I was dependable, adaptable, and invested in the success of both the organization and my team. I believe that when you stay focused, work hard, and keep learning, opportunities begin to open in powerful ways.
