Hi, I'm a freshman in High School interested in bio medical field. I'm 14 yr old. I would like to volunteer/shadow in my summer time but I see the min age requirement is 16 yrs almost at all places. Can I get guidance on how to utilize my summer time, are there online volunteering/shadowing...

As a junior in the spring semester it can be hard for me to focus since it's almost near the end of the school year and my grades are okay but not happy with them.

i don't have many extracurriculars besides sports so I was wondering how I could strengthen my extracurriculars.

I have the SAT in 3 months and was wondering if there were good tips for studying.

While searching for videos on youtube, I found that medical schools can vary in their prerequisites to attend. Are there any ways I can increase my chances of being accepted into a medical school?

I'll be a freshman in college this fall 2025, and I don't consider myself outgoing. I'd like to make friends and get to know my teachers, but I'm nervous. Additionally, I went to the open house for the college I plan to attend, feeling out of place being there.

I Have some experience in film making and my goal is to become a film producer. I have done internships making a few short films, I also have experience in editing and script writing. What are some other things I can do to build my experience that directors actually look for.
