What do I have to do to progress in soccer from where I am right now, I am building up to 3-4 hours 5 days a week I am also eating healthy and hydrating, I also recently became a freshman in high school and I joined the cross country team and I made varsity I have also found a love for coaching so I want to know what classes I can do in high school because once I am done with soccer however far I make it then I want to become a soccer coach

How not to over think during a game?
Im going into junior year of hs. And I have trouble focusing on a game I tend to over think and negative thoughts enter my mind. Any advice?

How should I improve in my soccer and art?
I'm sorta good at art it's a thing I like to do in my free time and it's calming for me but soccer is also a hobby I love to do and I've been called pretty fast and good at kicking the ball also passing but there is one thing I am missing in soccer I'm not sure what it is but I just am. And in art I wouldn't call my self a good artist but I'm in the middle. I've been trying to work more on art and how to draw anime or faces I love to draw eyes but I'm not the best at it maybe you all could give me some advice.

I am a soccer player in my sophomore year and started going to the gym around 2-3 months ago and have seen significant progress in both my physique and my overall strength.
