I was a volunteer EMT in high school and college, then worked professionally as an EMT and EMT-Intermediate for 4 years before going to medical school to become a doctor. I specialized in Emergency Medicine and did extra fellowship training in Medical Toxicology. I work in a small community hospital. I love teaching EMTs and Paramedics. I love volunteering too.
