I want to do journalism, but also want to pair it with either political science or sociology. Should I double major in journalism as well as one of those or just take a minor?

I am into investigating but have a feeling that paperwork might ruin the work experience for me. If you have any ideas on any jobs that would be a better fit for me pls tell me)
