Do you need a license?

I am in grade 10.

I know I want to study communications in college; I'm the communications lead for my robotics team and want to further that knowledge. I'm just not sure what's available to me after college.

What do i do next, I am just lost and don’t know what to do next to go in the right direction. There’s so many ways my life could play out right now. The decision is hard, whether to work or to have my last fun summer.

I enjoy art and design and am looking into business, marketing, and advertising… Any other career ideas for me?
