What do you do to improve or stay "sharp" on your craft besides conducting service routines?

Is there anything that you learned from work that you now apply to your everyday life?

I want to become a marine engineer but I don't think I have the skills. I just don't think I'm smart enough, but I'm eager to learn.

I'm trying to find good colleges for Game-Designing for after I finish my education in high-school does anyone have good suggestions.

The reason i ask this is because It is 2022 and the Medical Industry still treat there LGBTQ+ /POC nurse community with utmost disrespect by staff and patients which i find very hurtful why is that they cannot be treated with respect also .
