I am trying to figure out my odds and wheather or not this is a reach school

I am a current college sophmore studying health communication with a minor in sales. I want to be a medical device sales representative but am unsure on how to get into that field considering every oportunity I have come across requires prior experience.

Currently a college sophomore studying to go into health communication and sales. I aspire to help people by interacting with them at times of need and offering them chance at a better outcome.

I am currently pursuing an Associate in Business Management to support moving up in the company that I work for.

How can I ensure that when the transition from my high school of a rural town to a the biggest University in my state that I don't fall behind in all aspects of math, writing, and my personal skills of business, accounting, and finance.

What do you think is the best scholarship to apply to and why? I have been applying to as many as I can and I haven't won anything yet.

What is the best minor to choose for art majors? My drawing professor strongly recommended business as a backup minor, but I've also been recommended some kind of STEM minor as well.
