For my freshman year, should I take AP Precalc AB or BC? If BC, should I take Multivariable Calc & Lin Alg or just AP Stats for my junior year? If I take AB, that means I will most likely take Calc BC in 11th grade, which doesn't sound too appealing. The idea is if I'm taking BC, I could directly go on to Calc BC for sophomore year, so I could have my 11th grade year easier and just take AP Stats instead. However, I'm just worried it will be too much to handle.

I'm currently a rising freshman and I've taken all previous math classes before.

Can you rely on your college counselors for the majority of your schedule, or is it important to be self-reliant and research specific classes that are crucial to getting your degree ?

I am a high school senior who is committed to going to community college. I watched a lot of videos online where upperclassmen talk about their experiences going to community college and building their resumes and CV's to the point where they could transfer to a University of their liking. However, I don't know if my schedule is something I need to worry a lot about in terms of making sure everything lines up for the University I'm looking to transfer to.

How do I know which classes are equivalent at different universities for transfer planning?

I am a high school senior, and I want to estimate class equivalencies, but because of different numbering systems, it is hard to determine this. I am particularly looking at taking a year at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, then transferring the credits to the University of Florida, but they do not have any transfer agreements. How can I estimate this to plan my schedule without specifically asking for an official transfer agreement for each class? I am planning specifically on starting my basic science classes (general chemistry, statistics, coding, microbiology), but some of them have various versions, and I don't want to waste my time and money. I would appreciate any guidance!

How do I decide my major when I do not know what I am 100% passionate about? #Spring26

I am 18 and wrapping up my senior year in high school. I have yet to decide my major because I have many interests. I am leaning towards business, partly because I am most exposed to it by being part of a family business. I don't know how to tell what is right for me.
