How can I combine my professional work experience, undergraduate major, and minor to become a competitive applicant for a master’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology?
I am a mid-career fashion industry professional transitioning into academia and education. I have extensive experience in production, quality control, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational processes within the fashion industry. I am currently completing my undergraduate degree in Communications (Rhetoric & Advocacy) at Baruch College and a psychology minor with the goal of pursuing graduate study in Industrial/Organizational Psychology right after obtaining my bachelor's degree. My long-term goal is to combine industry expertise, research, and education — potentially through teaching, consulting, or organizational development work focused on workplace systems, leadership, and decision-making within creative industries. As an adult student and working professional making a career pivot, I would appreciate advice on: -what experiences or skills I should prioritize during my undergraduate studies, -how to position prior industry experience for graduate admissions, and -what makes a nontraditional applicant competitive for I-O psychology master’s programs.
Is one C in chem for 3rd grading period and the rest Bs going to affect my chances of getting into a good college. I have all final grade As besides that.

What classes should I take in high school to prepare me for a career in forensics?

What APs should I take sophmore year?
I'm currently a freshman, and my electives are due pretty soon. I was wondering what APs would be most beneficial to take. Sadly, my school only offers 4 AP electives for sophomores. These are AP Computer Science Principles, AP Seminar, AP Human Geography, and AP Psychology. I am currently in AP World (Freshman here can only take 1 AP), and while I did struggle a bit in the beginning because it was my first AP, I feel pretty decent and have an 89 in the class (other than that, I have all A's). I don't know how many I should take, and which ones I should take, but I am pretty interested in psychology (I'm taking regular psych right now), and I don't like presenting, so I feel like AP Seminar can help me get out of my comfort zone. AP Human Geo was a freshman history class this year, and my friends in it said they struggled, so I don't know if it would be a good choice as an elective. If I had 2 slots for electives, which ones should I pick? And should I use both of those on an AP or choose one normal, easier elective?

I am in the 10th grade, I'm majoring in the medical professions field in high school.
I am in the 10th grade, I'm majoring in the medical professions field in highschool, I'm at a 2.6 GPA, taking 3 AP classes and 1 honor class. What is some advice you could give me to improve my GPA? In the future, I strive to be a neurosurgeon but I'm afraid my grades are going to prevent me from becoming a neurosurgeon and entering a good college, I also want to join the Navy while studying my major, so any suggestions to set my life up for success (such as what classes and majors should I study) and to improve my grades?
