Interested in being in the medical field but still deciding in between Physician Assistant or being a doctor

Interested in being in the medical field but not sure which path to head towards. Second guess myself if I can actually make my plans of being in the medical field come true.

It's crazy how technology is taking control of many careers. Will pediatricians be in more or less demand than currently? Based of statistics and such.
