If you're a first-gen and you have immigrant parents who wanted you to become a doctor, how did you come to terms with/and find yourself wanting to be in the medical field, rather than just going into it because your parents told you?

I'm interested in starting to save for college but I don't know how much to start begin with. I'm also hoping that I can get a decent number of scholarships to help lessen the financial strain on me and my family.

I struggle to use my time wisely and tend to sleep. I was wondering about a way to survive college with less stress and more sleep time. I would like to learn a way to give me time for fun.
