As a Hispanic male, how is my future secured upon completion of post-secondary school? What viable- and liveable- options am I presented with if my first career choice as a Vocalist fails?
I would like to attend a four-year university in pursuit of musical engineering, song-writing, and vocal performance in hopes of becoming a Musical Soloist/Artist.
As a music major, where should I go to college?
I plan to major in music. For my bachelor's degree, is it smarter to go to an in-state school to try to save some money, or is it worth it to try to get into the best conservatory I can? For context, if I go to an in-state school I would be considering the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, and Wichita State University.
am i cut out for music?
I love music and i have always loved music since I was a little girl. So I joined the band in the 6th grade and enjoyed it until now. Now it's so technical which i'm not used too. For these past few years in concert band i have been naturally flowing with the music without sub-dividing rhythms or even keeping time.
