I’ve been doing research online but haven’t found anything concrete across sites, what at the steps to become a psychiatrist after college?

how do I get a job when I am still in school and with all the things I love and without my parents finding out. Because I am just doing this for the money as a broke teenager.

I applied late so how can I attract attention from potential employers, I already tailor my resume to each job and list relevant skills and achievements, is there anything else I can do?
