What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?
I wish someone would have told me when I was younger that everyone will not treat you well at work even if you are a very polite and nice person. Often times, people can be very mean and competitive even when you do not deserve or give any reason for them to act a certain way towards you. In my experience, I had to continue to just be me and keep a professional demeanor at all times. If you continue to do the right things no matter what, you will always be rewarded in the end.
