How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?
I have always wanted to work in healthcare and science. I picked my career because I can help bring new therapies for unmet medical needs to patients. I find my career very rewarding.
In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
I oversee clinical trial activities. Clinical trials are conducted for new drugs which are not sold on the market yet. These investigational drugs need to be tested in controlled settings before the government allows the drug to be available for the public.
