I am a mindfulness guide and spiritual coach who mentors individuals in Feng Shui charting, mindfulness meditation, and holistic career advising. My work consists of assisting individuals to find clarity and direction through project-based learning, transformative coaching, and mind body counseling.
As an ongoing advocate I strengthened various Orange County & San Diego projects in cities such as, La Jolla, Irvine, Santa Ana, and Orange. She gravitated towards providing access to workshops in expressive arts, stress management, and career orientation for people of all ages. Her work consists of guiding others to find clarity and direction through leadership assessments.

What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?
Overcoming undergraduate university burnout by researching Buddhist psychology taught me to become an educational leader and transformative life coach that can make an impact in the wellness and entertainment sectors. My research with integrative arts and career studies allowed me to delve back into my creative entrepreneurship as a changemaker for Eastern philosophy. Overtime I gained interest in mindfulness coaching, dance/movement therapy, and spiritual counseling. Now I honor my ancestors, my family, and create holistic methods in every location I enter higher education, mental health, and social services are my areas of expertise.
