What type of questions will improve the chances of getting hired or at least referenced to another job? And if I research about the company should I bring it up? If so in what ways would I mention this?

I will be going off to MSOE and I have been told it is a hard college with all the studying and work I will have to put in to graduate. I will also be working a job so I can pay for my tuition and fees. I am just worried if I would even have time to live a life outside of school or work.
