I want to help people and work in a fast paced environment but just don't know what I should be aiming for.

I am currently a third year undergraduate student.

I'm wondering how much I need to save before going to school and taking courses to become a real estate agent. Should I take a gap year?

How do i become Mangers or success in my work ?

I play guitar and when I get home I play for a hour and a couple of times during the day.
