Is a major in wildlife ecology, or a conservation major in general, determinant to my ability to secure jobs ?

I'm a soon-to-be transfer student concerned with the financial drain of college and the low-pay field I'm walking into.

What are my best options for financial aid besides filling out the FAFSA? #Fall25

I am a high school senior who is receiving my associate's degree alongside my diploma when I graduate in May 2026. I plan on pursuing a major in Wildlife Biology and want to get at least my Master's of Science. I am relying heavily on financial aid and scholarships to cover college, as I don't want to pull out loans and be in debt. I have already completed the FAFSA and don't qualify for the Federal Pell grant or much else. I have already been applying to numerous scholarships, in hopes of coverage, but have had no luck. What is my best course of action here?

I'm really anxious about paying for school without landing into a lot of debt. So far I have not received any scholarships or qualify for aid from the FASFA. I'm struggling to find and receive scholarships from my school and other sources. Any tips?

Why is it so confusing getting student loan information?

I find a lot of information about why private student loans are the worst way to go to pay for school, but as the last of 8 kids in my family I need to pay my way through college. I received a good package from my school, but there is still a gap and it seems like no one from my financial aid office or on the web can give me good, concise information on how to find the best loans for young students who's parents cannnot cosign for them. #studentloans, #finacialadvice #financialaid #privateloans
