<p>As CEO and Founder of Intelivate, I've had the privilege of partnering with dozens of client organizations and leading hundreds of teams to become powerful influencers.</p>
<p>Random deliberateness.
I studied economics, began a career in IT, gained entrepreneurial startup experience in launching a successful IT and business consulting company where I led and grew the training programs practice across many areas including technology, strategy, project management and negotiations. </p>
<p>It was then that I realized my passion for - and the need to redefine - ‘training’ and ‘workforce development’ and was inspired to create Intelivate, a company focused solely on workforce transformation through defining, aligning and refining leadership, business process and training.</p>
<p>From the C-level boardroom to the front-line representatives, my goal is to create powerful, sustainable and innovative influencers.</p>
<p>My passion is legacy.
Our legacy will be defined by the passion and impact of the people you influence. I love partnerships where we determine that (for individuals and organizations) together and make it a reality. It all comes down to developing powerful influencers.</p>
<p>What I believe.
Collective change begins with the heart and mind of the individual. Passion must fuel the change. Fears must be expressed, but not allowed to drive the change.</p>

<p>What I believe success is.
There are infinite ways to define success, and most individuals define success with incorrect fuel. Success begins with happiness. Building happiness through success is impossible.</p>
