These are two questions I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, ones that go beyond job titles or promotions and really dig into what kind of person you want to be in your work and life. I'd love to hear from people in all kinds of careers and walks of life.

Hello, I'm a first-year student in college who has had the privilege to meet many great people in the past few months, nonetheless, I am curious how can I build deeper relationships with people I've met? I am happy to hear any advice from others who have been in a similar situation.

I love nature and I'm very interested in farming, but I don't see myself being an actual farmer. I would love to get behind he science of farming though.

I have tried to do everything but I still have very little confidence in myself when speaking so whenever I have to present in front of a lot of people I don't do anything relevant or that needs to be talked about and that makes me feel quite useless.

How did you push yourself to reach that goal and not give up? What strived you to want that goal? When did you end up reaching it and did you realize it was worth it?
