Senior Director of Physical Security and Operations for Cox Enterprises which is a global company with approximately 55,000 employees and $21 billion in revenue. Through our major divisions (Cox Communications, Cox Automotive and Cox Media Group) we lead in the communications, automotive and media industries. I oversee security operations in the automotive division which is the world’s leader in vehicle remarketing services, digital marketing and software solutions for automotive dealers and consumers. Cox Automotive, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Cox Enterprises, includes Manheim, Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, vAuto, NextGear Capital, and a host of global businesses and brands serving customers such as auto dealers, manufacturers and financial institutions. Responsible for overseeing security operations in North America for over 24,000 employees and 110 operating locations. Also responsible for providing risk management analysis, physical security assessments, complex criminal investigations, coordination with law enforcement agencies at both the local, state and national level, managing a $48M+ national security contract with 2 national vendors and developed the corporate physical security plan to protect over 77 billion dollars in vehicle assets at 80 auctions and 30 other Cox Automotive operating facilities in North America.
