If I major in mathematics for college, what type of career should I focus on? What if, when I get my degree and look for a job, there are no jobs that would hire me?

Now students who is in the school year of 2027 are struggling with selecting college

If I apply for a job, to what extent would they care about the college I attended? Does it matter a different amount for different majors? What about data science?

How can I distribute my effort across multiple difficult subjects in school without sacrificing the quality of my work or understanding

So far, I can yield optimal results academically, but I needed to sacrifice an extracurricular for that. Although I don't plan to do that same extracurricular, I want to replace the time I used for that extracurricular for a job.
