What would I put on my resume as a 10th grader interested in going to college for medicine?

I am a high school senior and I'm planning to pursue a career in medicine, more specifically surgery and I'm wondering if it's worth it and if it's for me.

One of my main concerns is being able to generate questions or relevant ideas when having a conversation with my superiors, and a good voice.

I would like to be a cardiac surgeon and through my research, I have learnt about both cardiothoracic surgery as well as cardiovascular surgery but I can't find a clear distinction between the two,especially the differences and similarities .
