I work in People Development (also known as Learning & Development, Training, or a variety of other names). My work revolves around creating learning opportunities and journeys for corporate employees and leaders. I've worked in this field for over a decade and was a teacher for about 5 years before that, plus a bunch of other work before that. Over the past 23 years I've held 15 different jobs and moved 20 times. Adapting to change is part of my DNA and I love learning about others and sharing my experiences with them.
