What’s something you wish you did differently during college that would have made your transition into your career easier?
I’m trying to be more intentional with how I spend my time now and would appreciate any hindsight advice on what actually matters long-term.
How do you deal with feeling behind or comparing yourself to others in college or early career stages?
It’s easy to feel like others are ahead, especially with internships, jobs, or achievements. I’m curious how professionals handled that pressure and stayed focused on their own path.
What habits or routines helped you stay consistent and productive during college?
I sometimes struggle with staying consistent long-term, especially when balancing school, work, and other responsibilities. I’d love to hear what actually worked for you beyond just basic time management advice.
How did you know that your field of study/career was the right one for you? If you studied your field in college, did you eventually get bored of it/burn out? How do you avoid/mitigate that?
