How to pull facts from a lecture to have notes to study?

I am an incoming flight school student looking into prospective employers/cadet pathways. I already have a flight school chosen, but I am interested in CFI cadet pathways and in learning about the legacy airlines and the regionals that lead up to them, such as Envoy and Piedmont.

I am graduating with my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2 weeks, but I have decided to follow my dream of attending cosmetology school next year. Any advice about school or the next steps after school would be greatly appreciated!
