How can I get an internship or job at a real estate brokerage as a college student without a license? I really want to get an internship before I have my license so I can hopefully just go from an intern to having job there.

I’m 20 I’ve always been into artistic and creative things. I’m naturally good at math and I can catch onto things pretty easily. I want to try new things but also want it to be things I can enjoy.
