How can I best go about getting scholarships? It all seems so random and luck of the draw.
I am a senior in high school. I will not get much, if any, help from the financial aid program because of my parents’ income. However, they are not planning to pay for my college education. I need scholarships! #Fall25
After considering the amount of violence that Journalists go through on the daily, I still want to be one but I want to be safe and I wonder why type of Journalists would I need to be in order for me to be safe?
I decided to be a journalist after coming to the conclusion that I'm awful at math. Then, I did some research and realized the work that these Journalists put in and I value the way they still stand tall when times are tough.

How many SAT should I report on Common App?
It's almost time!

I was planning on reporting just one, but then the preview pdf shows how many times you've taken it.
Should I just report 1 or all 4?

Should Fly-In Acceptance be part of the college application? If so, where?
Hello! 1 month into senior year :)
I just got into a fly-in program at JHU and Amherst! Should I list them in my application? I didn't want to list them for all the schools I apply to. Where should I list them: e.c., awards/honors, additional info etc etc
Or I don't put it in at all?
What is the difference in the 0-6 program and 2-4 program for PharmD, and which is more beneficial?
Alright, I'm back as a senior now! Getting into the detail for college, I decided I'm going into pharmaceutical science (if they have) or biochemistry. Some schools offer PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy), so I am planning on doing that but there's two paths. One is the direct entry, where I go...
How do you respond to "tell me a bit about yourself" professionally?
I've been asked this a lot recently in scholarship applications, and I never know how to respond in a way that sounds professional. Starting with "my name is..." feels redundant when your application already has it listed. I just have no idea how to start.

What life lessons have you learned? What factors have heavily impacted your life? Would you change anything about your journey if you could? Do you have any regrets? Are you satisfied with where you are in life? Any advice for the younger people?
What do you look for in a part-time job in a new city?

What jobs would be recommended for someone wanting to pursue Astrogeology, but is worried about long-term job security?
My dream has always been to do some kind of Astrogeology and study incoming samples from space. Seeing as we are in uncertain times for space research, are there any jobs outside of working for Musk that anyone would recommend that seem to have a secure place in the industry? I want to change...
