hello, I'm currently thinking about changing my major and my uni counselor told me to take one of those tests to know what career would be best for me and my results were design and arts. I'm interested in interior design but im not that good at drawing, I'm not the worst but,,, so, I'd like to know what skills are necessary to become an interior designer and how is the major overall! I would like to do my studies away from home for a while. I don't know how to get scholarships or grants. I have always loved to explore since I didn't get to leave the house much when I was younger. I might qualify for financial aid but that still may make it a bit hard. I would like to have primary coverage or full cover. I want to explore architectural design as well as forensic scenes, criminology, criminal profiling, Cooking, and linguistics. I like freedom but that doesn't mean that I won't listen to rules. I have a GPA of 3.5 and going into my sophomore year of high school.

Do you have to be good at art to be an Interior Designer?
I'm not an artistic person at all but I enjoy decorating rooms and homes. I am interested in the décor part but not sure about the art part when I start to take classes for the career. So, if you could enlighten me on how artsy you have to be that would very much appreciated. #interior-design
