I’m Dr. Tamara Minott, and I’m passionate about helping students navigate the complex world of higher education and career planning. As a first-generation college student and daughter of immigrants, I personally understand the challenges of the college application process, having navigated it on my own from a low-income, public school background.

With a PhD in Higher Education from NYU and extensive experience as a senior assistant director of admissions, I've dedicated my career to ensuring students have the resources and guidance they need to succeed. My expertise lies in college admissions, enrollment management, and strategic planning.

In addition to my professional roles, I’m the founder and CEO of ClarifyEd, an independent education coaching firm. At ClarifyEd, we focus on bridging the knowledge gap between families and education policy, offering practical guidance to help students and their families make informed decisions about their educational paths. Our mission is to promote access, equity, and choice in education, empowering families to take control of their destinies.
