I am a consultant specializing in sustaining healthy organizational cultures. I work with nonprofit organizations and faith based groups helping them prepare for and move through transitions. My academic background is in cultural anthropology and sociolinguistics. I have a doctorate in the anthropology of education and a masters in divinity.
I have been an independent consultant for 40 years. I’ve written many articles and six books. I serve Presbyterian and Unitarian congregations.
