I was wondering if there are programs out there for literature students to enhance their studies or prepare for grad school. I’ve already done research with a faculty mentor and plan to study abroad, so I just wanted to know if there was anything else I can do.

My ultimate goal is to be a literature professor, and I want to get my PhD in Comparative Literature after a gap year after undergrad. I contemplate how I can show proficiency in multiple languages or if there are other things I should do to stand out in my grad school application.

I've heard that becoming a community college professor is a different process than being a professor at a university, especially a research university. What are things I should do now as an undergrad student to prepare?

I see a lot of programs and I'm overwhelmed by which factors I should consider. Preferably, I would like a high-residency program that wouldn't require me to go into debt or expects me to pay too much out of pocket. My strongest medium is poetry, but I also like to write in prose.

I would like to get feedback on my writing in order to improve it. Especially for when I want submit pieces to literary magazines. I want to know if there are online communities I should join or websites I should look into. Ideally I would like to get feedback for free, but maybe could work out...

Should I limit myself to a few websites or put my profile and portfolio? Are there different sites that are better for me as a creative writer rather than a technical writer?

When I look at jobs on LinkedIn I see they usually require 2 years of experience. I would like to write part time and I’m curious about how to gain experience while I’m still at school.
