How does someone get an internship in the field that they want to go in to start networking for later?

I want to be a nurse but im not sure if id be able to work 12 hours straight

I get paid every week and it’s all gone by the end of that same day i owe people money and I end up not being able to cause I’m spending it on stuff Ik I don’t need
