I feel like I can never get into the flow of studying, I always feel just a little bit distracted and I feel like that holds me back from doing my best when it comes to my courses.

I'm currently enrolled in a community college and am planning on transfering to an university for electrical engineering after finishing my gen ed. Typically, what should I look for when making the choice and how do I know that an university have good funding for the major I want?
