I want to major in graphic arts but idk what to do

How do I start my own business in construction and what should I know, have, or need to start one?

I'm 19 and autistic and I want to be a rapper but it's hard for me to because I'm autistic. Is there anything you can do to help me.

My plan is to get some kind of degree in Psychology. I may even go as far as a PhD I'm still not sure. I want to join the FBI and study criminal behavior. Analyze behavior and predict violent criminal's next moves to catch them.
