How do i get colleges to notice me in a small, lesser known school

I'm looking for an engineering field that isn't completely a desk job. Aerospace, electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering stand out to me. I'd appreciate any insights into the type of work each field has and how they compare.

I am currently a senior in highschool, looking to major in Elementary-Education. Is there any helpful tips to be successful in that major, or any recommendations of the job it's self?

How should I get involved in political campaigns when I get to college. I am a senior in high school and I am looking to pursue the political science field and want to become a lawyer. I love my AP Government class and learning about our history and the Constitution.

How do I know which scholarships I have been chosen for? I've applied to so many on multiple websites, how do I know if and when I am awarded one?

How does college life differ at big schools compared to smaller schools?

I really enjoy my physics class and I want to major in astronomy, but am not sure what I want to do with it after college. I'm afraid it will be difficult for me to find a career that I will really love.

I have about 20 colleges left on my list and I could use some advice as to how I should go about narrowing down my list to find the few I should apply to.

I plan to major in Criminal Psychology when I go to college. I have already started thinking about what classes I should take in high school to help prepare to go into that field. I live in a place where there are a bunch of Ivy League schools around, I'm just not sure what college would fit me...

What are some red flags about colleges that I should look out for when visiting and applying?

If you're a first-gen and you have immigrant parents who wanted you to become a doctor, how did you come to terms with/and find yourself wanting to be in the medical field, rather than just going into it because your parents told you?

What makes any standard college different from one another?

I'm interested in starting to save for college but I don't know how much to start begin with. I'm also hoping that I can get a decent number of scholarships to help lessen the financial strain on me and my family.

I struggle to use my time wisely and tend to sleep. I was wondering about a way to survive college with less stress and more sleep time. I would like to learn a way to give me time for fun.
