I want to go into Wildlife Biology, I'm good at studying, but not completing homework.

I'm currently applying to film schools and I'm thinking about getting a PhD in Cinema and Media Studies after getting a BFA in Film and Television production but I'm not sure if that is worth my time and money and am looking for advice!

I am getting ready to transfer after completing my AS in Computer Information Systems. Are there any good online BS programs that have more of a focus on telecommunications / network engineering? It seems most schools just focus on computer science or computer engineering.
