Why do we need to have the jobs that make us so sad and confused?

Any advice for first jobs?

I’m always looking to improve not only my life and business, but also many other things in the world. When I see something I wish to improve I ask myself what I can do about it. If there is something to be done then I take action. And if not, I let it go.
