I want to become an optometrist, and I got accepted into UH Natural Science and Mathematics. I was originally going to major in Biology, but I'm worried that my major won't be too impactful if I want to transfer to optometry school later on. Should I change my major before it's too late?

Is it a consistent job that is always the same, is it something that changes drastically? Where do you find jobs with your degree? Is it stable or something that depends on the market?

Ever since I was small I knew I wanted to be an Occupational Therapist, and I’m having a tricky time seeing what majors is the best fit to pursue. Considering how expensive this field can be to pursue, I’m in need of some scholarships to make that happen.

I am a college freshman who is applying for nursing school at Sam Houston State University this summer. I hope to become a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care working in the PICU one day. Additionally, I am a Type 1 Diabetic.

I want to create a portfolio of my character design art but how will I even become noticed by them?

I have a hard time memorizing information when I'm doing assignments or listening in class. I forget things when I want try to review them. I'm not sure which study methods would work best for me, so I want advice on techniques that can help me remember what I learn. #Fall25 #study
