Paul’s Career Stories
What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?
If I could go back, I would tell my younger self two things: First, success isn't about being the smartest person in the room — it's about being the most resilient, the most consistent, and the most willing to learn. Second, one of the most important decisions you will ever make is choosing the right people to build your life with — especially your personal partner. The right partner will lift you, believe in your dreams, and challenge you to grow. The wrong one can quietly limit your future without you realizing it. Pick people who fuel your growth, not your fears. Focus on growth every day, invest in yourself, and surround yourself with people who believe in your future — and your potential will be limitless.
