I will be paying for college almost entirely by myself and i don't know what to do

I try to give useful future advice to those underclassmen I might interact with, but it seems like they don't understand that school is now but their future is forever.

I'm a high school senior, looking to major in veterinary technology next year. I currently volunteer at animal sanctuaries but wondering what else should I do to gain experience.

Are there any websites or would your place of education have reccomendations

What is the best way to manage working and attending school? I am struggling with balancing my time for both. Is there anything I should change or anything that could be beneficial to know?

What are good tips for someone that is in college and is looking for an internship?

I'm looking to become a physical therapist assistant... and I've heard mixed reviews about pediatric PT. I know I'm very patient with kids. But what are the ups and downs of working with kids vs. working with adults?

Do you feel like you are making a difference in your job and do you get to help people? Is pursuing healthcare worth it?

Could it be applied to developing and improving back end systems? Would there be a better degree that's suited for that?

I am majoring in exercise science at Pitt

I live three hours away from the college I am going to attend in the Fall. I do not have a car so I cannot just drive back home if I am feeling depressed or have one of my panic attacks. I need help finding ways to cope with my mental health especially because I am going to be far away from home.

I feel that jobs are just building your knowledge and making money. Careers are a bit harder to come by and keep. Did the job become a career or were you invested from the beginning. #Spring25

What resources would I need for criminal justice major? I’m 17 and plan on going to SUNY Buffalo State for my criminal justice major to become a lawyer, so do anyone have any tips? Or just college tips in general?
