Should I stay at UCF or go to UF?

I am graduating high school and going to UCF. However, I have already gotten my AA degree and I am considering applying for a transfer to UF. I am a mechanical engineering major and honestly I think both schools are great but UF might be a better fit for me. Do you think it is worth the hassle?

How do I push my application over the line?

I always seem to get to the final steps of scholarship applications and never get selected in the end. Is there any tips for pushing your application over the line and making it that little bit more perfect? #Spring26

Hi, my name is Sumher and I am in 11th grade. My favorite subjects was always science especially Anatomy and Physiology because I am passionate about learning about the human body. I like to sing, bake, volunteer at the hospital, and do science quizzes on youtube.

If you could go back and talk to yourself on your first day of medical school, what is the one piece of advice that would’ve changed the way you approached your training?

I’m an upcoming college freshman, and I’m still figuring things out, but I know I’m interested in the medical field and want to start off on the right path. I’d love some real advice from someone who’s already been through it. #fall25

How do I choose a major when I'm interested in several fields like neuroscience, psychology, pharmacology, and nutrition? How can I figure out which one fits me best?

I'm a high school senior currently taking anatomy, which I find interesting, but I’m not sure if I’d pursue a career related to it. I took psychology last year and loved learning about why people act the way they do and how to help them become who they want to be. That’s why I’m drawn to the...

What is the most effective way for a late starter in advanced STEM courses to not only catch up but become exceptional in aerospace engineering, and how can I turn my path into a strength that sets me apart in college and the industry? #Fall25

I know aerospace engineering is extremely competitive so I’m trying to figure out how to build skills quickly and intelligently instead of wasting time. My long-term goal is to work in the aerospace industry and contribute to real innovation, not just get a degree.
