I'm a 10th grader at Catalyst and I want to start my resume.

my grades arent looking to good but i have gone to an after school matterss program three times and we made a mural for the wintrust bank in little village

Any specific companies people can think of? I want to try and find something that I can work without too much brainpower post-grad and then use my extra time to make art for tabling at conventions.

What type of questions will improve the chances of getting hired or at least referenced to another job? And if I research about the company should I bring it up? If so in what ways would I mention this?
