Why is it that a career in business is commonly preferred

I have been struggling with deciding what I should do after highschool, and I decided I'd follow engineering path mainly because it falls on the subjects I'm good at a. I'm just not sure if I should actually do it.

I’m Megan I’m a senior at Rogers senior high MN. I am also in AVID so we have been looking at school but I am stuck on where to go. have a small busines on facebook, I sell art that i have made but I don't really have time to make stuff since I am in school. I need help to balence the small busness and school.

What is the psychology? How does it help us, why do we need all these things in our brain, and why do we need to learn.
