Erica Miller

I am an Executive Concierge in the Internal Firm Services Group in Tampa, Florida. I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina. Over the years, I have worked in the realms of high-speed data and VOIP technologies, reporting and data analytics, as well as quality assurance. Due to my work in these fields, I have gained a solid foundation in computing and data analysis and trends. As a result, I am well-prepared to contribute to innovative solutions and to drive success in any endeavor I undertake.

Currently, I am continuing my education with Vanderbilt University in the area of Data Science. I have recently completed studies in the area of Generative AI including Prompt Engineering. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in Advanced Code Interpreter for Large Language Models.

I am driven to further explore the vast capabilities of Generative AI and to leverage my skills to innovate, inspire, and shape the future of current company technologies for both my firm and its clients.
